We are seeking a talented and driven SEO Lead to join our in-house agency team and help us optimize our digital presence. The SEO Lead will be responsible for driving our SEO strategy, optimizing digital content, and managing various internal operations. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, content marketing skills, and strong analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: SEO and Content Optimization: oPerform technical SEO tasks to improve website performance. oOptimize digital content and manage web-based digital campaigns. oHandle data migration and content optimization during platform transitions. Internal Operations: oDesign and optimize internal processes and workflows. oAutomate processes using various tools and platforms. oManage vendor relationships and platform workflows. Education and Communication: oDevelop and deliver SEO training and educational materials. oCommunicate effectively with stakeholders across different teams. Required Skills: * Technical SEO: oUnderstanding of search engine algorithms and technical SEO practices. oExperience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog. Content Marketing: oExperience in digital content creation and optimization. oKnowledge of web-based digital campaigns. Analytical Skills: oProficiency in analyzing data and deriving insights for SEO strategies. oAbility to work with various analytical tools and platforms. Technical Skills: oBasic understanding of software and technical processes. oAbility to manage and optimize workflows on various platforms. Soft Skills: oStrong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. oExcellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. oProactive and driven with the ability to work independently. Qualifications: * Experience Level: 2-5 years in digital marketing or SEO, preferably with some technical experience. Mindset: Proactive, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
