Business Analyst- Banking Background
1. Senior Level Business Analyst with extensive experience working on large complex software development projects 2. Senior requirement gathering and documentation skills. Must be able to prepare well-documented Functional Specifications for assigned projects. 3. Senior skillset with SQL for querying, data analysis, and data mapping. 4. Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum, including leading story refinement, creating stories, and providing details and acceptance criteria. 5. UAT Testing Project Overview: This Team directly supports the Loan Origination, Creation, processing, and overall loan lifecycle for customers. There are multiple projects underway in which this team is looking to improve user and customer experience through modernizing their applications/platform, improving processes and efficiencies, and improving the accuracy and reporting of data. Responsibilities will focus on both the implantation of vendor SaaS integrations, creation of a new SPA website to enable additional loan management-related workflows, data warehouse design, and creation of services to support BI reporting. This entirely new platform build will include responsive web applications, API services and event-driven processes to create a seamless platform of web-based tools. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
