*Position: Mortgage Closer*
*Role Overview:* As a Mortgage Closer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely closing of mortgage loans. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient processes and delivering exceptional customer service. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Document Preparation*: Balance the Initial and Final Closing Disclosure and prepare closing documents. * *Customer Service*: Provide detailed and exceptional service to all parties involved. * *Engagement*: Collaborate with internal and external resources to facilitate transactions. * *Communication*: Manage routine calls, emails, and chat responses effectively. * *Task Execution*: Handle daily work queues and escalate issues when necessary. * *Additional Duties*: Perform other related tasks as required. * *Cultural Alignment*: Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's values and culture. *Qualifications:* * *Education*: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. * *Experience*: Preferably with closing experience; mortgage industry experience is essential. * *Knowledge*: Familiarity with investor requirements and regulatory standards. * *Skills*: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of TRID rules. * *Attributes*: Passion for helping customers achieve their financial and homeownership goals. *Additional Skills:* * Experience in loan closing and funding. * Title experience is advantageous. * General understanding of Federal, State, and Local regulations. *Experience Level:* * Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
