Quality Assurance Lab Technician

• Perform sampling, testing, measuring, and analysis of raw materials, finished goods, environmental swabs, water, and air, using tools such as petri film, agar plates, Celsis, UV Vis, FTIR, TOC, and pH testing equipment.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including microscopes, autoclaves, pipettors, centrifuges, and analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Record and communicate test results using Excel and Infinity and make finished product release decisions based on analytical data.
• Support environmental monitoring, raw goods release activities, and product testing through chain-of-custody processes.
• Conduct and participate in lab investigations, process improvements, validations, and evaluations of new testing equipment.
• Maintain inventory of lab materials, documentation of standards/solutions, and uphold housekeeping and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Rockline's RRITE values while supporting safe, collaborative workplace practices.
