Job Description Quality Certification Clerk Hours: 12pm-8:30pm Monday thru Friday + Saturdays as needed (Saturday hours are morning up to 5 hours) Job Summary: The Quality Certification Clerk is responsible for creating Quality Certificates on completed jobs for customers, communicating via email or phone and /or resolving customer issues with certification paperwork, making necessary revisions. Essential Functions: Receive traveler from final inspector or operations for creation of certificate Thoroughly review traveler for completion of processes Review PO with traveler Create certificates in Syteline Scanning of certificates and travelers Close out jobs in Shop Trak Handling of certificate to Shipping Supports and enforces all plant safety requirements and policies Respond in a timely manner to customer requests for corrected certifications or other documentation Maintain positive relationships with customers by promoting efficiency and responding to customer requests Record keeping of certs Other duties as assigned Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment desirable Must have office environment experience, Computer literate; Word and Excel Must be fluent in English for reading and writing Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers (internal and external), employees and managers Must be high detail, process, and quality oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy Position is Monday thru Friday plus Saturdays as needed; opportunity of OT Must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter .
