Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planner Co-op to join our team. This role is ideal for current students in their 2nd year or above seeking hands-on experience in planning and project management within a dynamic and collaborative aerospace organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in a safe manner, adhering to all company safety policies, be a champion for safety, and assist in various planning activities including strategic planning, project coordination, and administrative support. This internship is on-site and can be part-time (20+hours/ week) or full-time, with the schedule determined based on availability and course load. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Works in a safe manner, adheres to safety policies and procedures, and ensures those working in the same area are working safely Assist in the coordination and management of planning projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Conduct research to support planning initiatives and provide insights for decision-making Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and schedules Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing logistics Performs other duties as required Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently Required Experience: Prior experience as a Planning or Project Management intern desired but not required. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $21.00 to $31.50 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year.
