Position Summary: The Chemical Process Engineer at PCC Mason will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes such as coatings, surface treatments and cleaning processes for aerospace fasteners. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring process reliability, product quality, safety, and environmental compliance. The Chemical Process Engineer will work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams to develop best practices, procedures, and techniques, to support the implementation of highly automated, safety-oriented processes in an innovative manufacturing environment.
