ITC Federal is seeking a Senior Computer Information Systems Manager to lead the strategic management and oversight of complex enterprise IT systems and networks supporting mission-critical government operations. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with operational management, ensuring that IT infrastructure, systems, and network environments are secure, reliable, and optimized to meet customer needs.

The Senior Computer Information Systems Manager will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and administration of network infrastructure, while leading a team of IT professionals and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and security compliance.

Provide strategic leadership and management of enterprise-level IT systems and networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across all platforms.

• Oversee the architecture, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale network infrastructure, including switches, routers, SD-WAN appliances, firewalls, wireless access points, and controllers (predominantly Cisco technologies).

• Develop and maintain comprehensive system and network documentation including architectures, configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Lead a team of network engineers and IT specialists, providing mentorship, task prioritization, and performance management to ensure project and operational success.

• Monitor network operations, conduct proactive system health checks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement long-term solutions to maintain optimal performance.

• Collaborate with internal IT, security, engineering, and vendor partners to support system upgrades, migrations, and new technology integrations.

• Ensure IT systems and networks comply with federal security and operational standards, implementing best practices for data protection, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

• Lead initiatives to evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies and tools that improve network efficiency, security, and scalability.

• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and executive briefings to communicate system status and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

• Manage IT resources, budgets, and vendor contracts related to systems infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT systems and network management within large-scale enterprise or federal environments.

• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure teams and managing complex IT systems, network operations, and enterprise applications.
