As the largest national provider of certifications in food safety handling, the Exam Processing Specialist plays a critical role in properly grading accredited exams and administering certificates that allow the hard-working individuals of our industry to advance their careers. Working in collaboration with the Customer Operations, Exam Development and Program Compliance departments, you will support the timely execution and completion of all related key tasks and responsibilities. Ideal candidates bring a minimum of two years of experience in a data-entry or general office administration role. Position requires a highly focused and self-motivated individual, with strong time management and attention to detail skills. Must bring a collaborative and "can do" spirit and a commitment to excellence. Position operates onsite out of our Chicago office, Monday- Friday. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm and may fluctuate moderately to accommodate business and organizational needs, with occasional overtime.
