Position: Finance Business Partner
Shift: Day-9:00am-5:00pm. In office 5 days a week.

Experience:
1. Eight to ten years' experience in healthcare financial management or equivalent in education and experience required.
2. Five or more years supervisory experience.
3. Ability to present complex financial information and analysis to Senior Management and Trustees.

Education:
1. Bachelor's degree required, accounting or finance preferred.
2. Master's degree in related field preferred

Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Finance, you will provide planning and financial expertise for the Hospital, serve as finance representative on various committees, and assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budget for the Hospital and affiliated ambulatory activities including preparation of the final budget package for inclusion in the Main Line Health Budget material to the Board. Use your strong facilitation skills to analyze budget variances with other areas of finance, including general accounting, business office and decision support and educate hospital personnel to entity specific financial performance and financial management matters.The work you do makes a tremendous impact on our patients and the community!
