Description
Salary: $50,000- $65,000 Position Summary: The Program Director plays a critical role in the cradle-through-college and careers mission of Children's Aid Community Schools by ensuring high-quality expanding learning time opportunities are provided for kindergarten through fifth grade youth during out-of-school time at CS211 at the Whitney Young Jr. Campus. The Program Director reports directly to the Community School Director and works collaboratively with the Parent Engagement Coordinator, Social Worker, Youth Advocates, Teachers, and other site-based staff. The Program Director provides leadership by strategically planning youth activities and family engagement, coaching staff, monitoring the academic and social-emotional growth of participants, working collaboratively with community partners and using data to inform program decisions.
