We're looking for an Director of Engineering to lead our Engineering Department at our Chromalloy Phoenix site. You'll oversee development projects from start to finish, manage resources, and monitor costs and expenses. Your role will involve creating solutions using your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and fostering a culture of innovation to boost our site's performance. What You'll Do: Leadership:
