Triages compliments, complaints, grievances, service requests, and service recovery measures to appropriate staff for addressing and follow-up. * Prepares weekly patient advocacy analytics report as delegated by the Department leader. * Coordinates family meetings, follow-up letters and overall feedback management. This includes reviewing past due reports to ensure we are compliant with State and Federal regulations. * Processes paperwork related to decedent affairs and the Medical Examiner's Office (MEO); and enters the necessary data into MedConnect and/or Decedent Affairs Database. Follows up with family members as per hospital protocol regarding storage and removal of the decedent. * Acts as paymaster for the Office of Patient Experience. * Monitors and tracks HR related activities such as maintenance of associates' file folders, occupational health requirements, SiTel competencies and tuition assistance. * Assists in the preparation and monitoring of budgets (capital, expense, staffing, and revenue) for designated cost centers. * Effectively relates to peers, supervisor and customers daily to create a world class/5 Star/stellar experience. * Serves as departmental liaison with internal departments and with external vendors. * Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed relative to Patient Relations and Service Excellence. * * *Requirements:* * 2+ years experience in Medical Administration or Customer Service * Diploma or GED required * EMR experience preferred *Next Steps:* * Please apply and The TEKsystems recruiting team will reach out to you to discuss next steps! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
