*Description*
Inside Sales (Call Center Reps) Description: - Handling numerous inbound with some outbound calls for all potential customers. They are on an auto-dialer system. The volume changes daily. 60-100. NO voicemails! Speaking with the customer, finding out their needs and ensuring we have exactly what they are looking for. Once they've verified that they are speaking with a qualified customer, they will then schedule an in-home sales representative to meet with the customer to give a presentation, quote, and contract. - ALL Warm leads. More so-qualifying leads. - Online leads are generated. - Appointment setter - Up-selling. Just informing of other products to present! - Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Gutter guards, Windows, Tub + Shower Hours/Schedule: 11am - 8pm with some weekend availability, - MUST be open to 7 days a week. - Sat & Sun hours from 9am-6pm *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
