*Description*
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Main Duties * Accurately complete all paper and electronic forms for government payors as assigned. * Accurately complete all contracting credentialing requests as assigned. * Gather licensing and other requested documentation from Operations, Legal and Compliance departments. * Manage and track all work in company provided software. * Maintain confidentiality and update company information as necessary. Other Duties * Assist in collecting data and creating/maintaining reports as necessary. * Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. * Ability to work overtime as assigned. * Adhere to all company policies and procedure *Additional Skills & Qualifications* QUALIFICATIONS Education * High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must pass new-hire and department-specific testing. Experience/Skills * One-year previous related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. * Computer skills to ensure proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook. * Typing ability of at least 45WPM. Abilities * Ability to calculate numbers, correct entries, and post to records. * Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. * Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information. * Organized, and meticulous with excellent follow through abilities. * Demonstrate flexibility with shifting daily priorities. * Meet deadlines working within tight time constraints. * Proficient in medical and legal terminology. * Communicate effectively, both orally and written. * General office equipment skills needed (fax, copy, multi-line phone, etc.). * Demonstrate ability to collaborate well with team members. * Work in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. * Exhibit a sense of competence and commitment. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
