Position: Technical Content Writer
Duration: 6 month w2 contract Location: Midtown-Atlanta, GA Hybrid: expect to be on site x3 days a week Our client is a global provider of business management software and services. They recently opened a new office in Atlanta where they'll drive the next wave of AI-powered financial solutions, helping their customers unlock new opportunities and scale with confidence. *Job description:* You will be responsible for creating and refining the content that powers our in-app guidance tools, including help documentation and instructional video scripts. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content, ensuring our guidance tool provides accurate, engaging, and useful information. *Key responsibilities: * * Help Documentation: Write clear, concise, and informative help content and FAQs to support users in navigating the chatbot and resolving common issues. * Video Scripts: Create compelling scripts for instructional videos that demonstrate chatbot features, provide user guidance, and promote engagement. * Content Strategy: Collaborate with UX designers, AI developers, and product managers to understand project objectives and user needs, ensuring content aligns with overall strategy. * Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine content to maintain clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring all messaging aligns with voice and style. * User Feedback: Analyze user interactions and feedback to identify areas for content improvement and update help documentation, messaging, and scripts accordingly. * Testing and Iteration: Participate in content testing and iteration processes to validate the effectiveness of messaging and scripts in real-world scenarios. *Qualifications: * * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Creative Writing, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Proven experience writing help content and video scripts, preferably for AI or technology products. * Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create user-friendly and engaging content. * Ability to translate technical information into accessible and user-friendly language. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in content. *Preferred Skills: * * Experience with chatbot development platforms and understanding of their content capabilities. * Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts. * *Experience with authoring tools, such as MadCap Flare. * * Proficiency in content management systems and video scripting tools. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
