*Description*
*-Will be supporting accounts in Mexico - must be fluent in English/Spanish* * Key Customer interface for business, handling inbound customer queries * Responsible for managing and co-ordination of customer enquiries to ensure appropriate level of support * Manages customer relations on a proactive way to ensure the customer is supported and informed on all aspects of policy experience * Identifies and follows up business opportunities * Supports Account Managers and Business Development Managers in maintaining and developing customer relations * Applies underwriting principles and procedures to support the customers business * Responsible for ensuring business retention and developing existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximizing customer profitability. * Actively involved in the management of customer portfolios. * Responsible for revenue generation, risk management and act as key customer interface for the Company. * The level of client support is segmented in accordance with the client service required profitability and potential. Key aspects are product delivery, risk management and profitability. *Qualifications* Bilingual English/Spanish Account Management Experience Financial services support highly preferred This is not a commission based inside sales position *Hours* Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM hybrid schedule: Tues + Wed onsite *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
