Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Client Experience Consultant is responsible for delivering comprehensive account servicing in a team-based model for RBC Advantage clients. This role will provide sales support, facilitate securities transactions, and deliver financial education, primarily in response to inbound calls. In addition, representatives will identify sales opportunities during conversations with clients and look to establish account review/needs based meetings with an RBC Advantage Financial Advisor. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $50,000 - $85,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
