**This position is a Fully In-Office role based out of our Salt Lake City (Millrock Drive), UT Office**

About you

You are a curious individual with advanced critical thinking skills. You understand the indispensable value that data can provide, and always find yourself asking "why". This position provides a very strong foundation into the world of commercial real estate by delving into property information, as well as regional and market area data.

In this role, you will...

  • Collect and organize diverse real estate information and data from a variety of sources, sharing collected information with relevant parties throughout the office

  • Update regional and market area data, including due diligence and tax information

  • Create and gather area maps, demographic data and property descriptions

  • Analyze property information and financials, confirming rent and sale comparable data

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

What you'll bring

  • 1+ years of experience in research, market analysis or a related role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Bonus skills and experience

  • Experience in ArcGIS or other GIS software

  • Experience using a research database (Costar, LoopNet)
