Responsibilities

Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping the educational experience at Newport Healthcare? As our Education Supervisor, you'll be the superhero on-site, bringing together our amazing programs and campuses! Reporting to the Regional Education Manager, you'll be the bridge between our operations wizards and academic rock stars. Get ready to inspire, support, and create a vibrant learning environment!

Key Responsibilities:

Captain of the Classroom: Oversee our fantastic academic staff, ensuring classrooms are buzzing with energy, schedules are on point, and new programs are rolled out like confetti at a party!

Team Cheerleader: Supervise our talented teachers and tutors, tackling employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and navigating any challenges with a positive attitude.

Meeting Maestro: Lead engaging team meetings and join our bi-weekly leadership huddles to keep the momentum going and ideas flowing!

Progress Tracker: Keep an eye on weekly progress reports for our clients, coordinate fun Friday afternoon activities, and make summer programming a blast!

Talent Scout: Help us find our next educational superstars! Participate in interviews, lead New Hire Orientation with your classroom training magic, and mentor new teachers and tutors.

Tech Troubleshooter: Be our go-to guru for technology hiccups-whether it's internet issues or website access, you'll keep everything running smoothly.

Enrollment Wizard: As Site Administrator, manage enrollments and conduct system audits to keep our operations in tip-top shape.

Communication Connector: Act as the friendly liaison between site directors, programming staff, and academic teams, sharing important updates about schedules, discharges, and client concerns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Five (5) years of teaching, instructional, or educational experience required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Teaching license preferred.

Compensation: $72,000-$93,000 annually based on education and experience.
