IT Program Manager | Collaborations Solutions | Full Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This role will be focused on supporting joint venture projects related to communication applications including Clinical Communications, System Emergency Management, and custom solutions which means it's important for candidates to have experience with custom application development projects that follow SCRUM/AGILE principles and ceremonies. A background in managing projects or programs related to communication tools including clinical and emergency communication applications would be a huge plus. Examples of communication applications in the HFH + Ascension clinical space include Intellidesk, PerfectServe, Symplr, and customized solutions.

Working under general direction, responsible for the management of a program of multiple interdependent projects and provides a single point of accountability for that program. Oversees all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the program. Leads multi-disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful programs.
