Property Manager - Affordable Housing

Location: Edgewood Village located in Richwood, West Virginia

Job Summary:
We're looking for a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of affordable housing properties. This role ensures regulatory compliance (HUD, LIHTC, etc.), maintains high occupancy, manages staff, and fosters a positive resident community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property operations, budgets, and ensure compliance with housing regulations

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and resolve concerns

• Oversee leasing activities, rent collection, and occupancy goals

• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to compliance requirements

• Supervise and support property staff and maintenance teams

• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property upkeep and safety

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in affordable housing property management

• Industry certifications (CPM, ARM) preferred

• Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office
