Role location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual) The PMO is part of the Strategy and Operations team, that works across these Cards & Money Movement (C&MM) team to set goals, drive initiatives, and create alignment across the organization. In this role, you have the opportunity to bring best project management principles to cross-functional product initiatives in the C&MM Team. This role is highly visible and will be responsible for setting cadence for effective cross-functional collaboration and distilling large amounts of information into concise and organized deliverables. Typical responsibilities include: * Project Management: Develop and manage repeatable, scalable project management framework through structured activities and relevant deliverables such as project plans, RAID logs, RACI Matrix. * Stakeholder Management: Develop partnership strategies and activities for effective and collaborative stakeholder management, for both internal and external stakeholders. * Communications: Create internal communication strategies and plans to drive transparency and facilitate decision making. * Process Improvement: Look for opportunities to drive effectiveness and efficiency through simplifying processes, organizing cadences, and driving business execution. What you will need: * Project management experience, in both Agile and Waterfall environments, managing large complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. * Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver projects with qualitative excellence * Problem solving and execution mindset * High proficiency of project management tools, excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Added bonus if you have: * Knowledge of payments products (e.g. issuer processing, ACH, network) * Deep Agile development experience.
