Position Details:

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr - $27/hr (Skill-based) + additional $1/hr for 2nd shift differential

Shift Options:

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Training: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Indefinite period)

What You'll Do:

• Position, align, and fit components together for welding.
• Secure parts in position using bolts, clamps, and tack welds.
• Set up welding equipment and perform welding using various techniques (arc, gas-shielded arc, submerged arc).
• Assemble parts using bolting and riveting methods.
• Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Steady hand, attention to detail, ability to operate welding equipment safely.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
