POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Order Coordinator will provide order management services to and between operations and customer facing departments, ensuring effective communication of requirements and status, assisting with conflict resolution impacting product delivery, ultimately focusing on customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track inventory and production activity of multiple products and product lines
  • Monitor product delivery timelines to customer needs
  • Communicate across departments to ensure customer needs are understood
  • Assist Project Managers and Territory Managers in addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of order fulfillment
  • Engage with various team members to resolve issues impacting product delivery
  • Ensure operational constraints are appropriately communicated to customer facing team members
  • Recognize and actively participate in continuous improvement opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Possess strong organizational skills, including ability to maintain schedules and track processes
  • Experience and/or background in equipment operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Proficient in IFS (or similar ERP) system modules
  • Ability to work independently

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
