Cross-Functional Project Manager

Growth Marketing Services Team

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino or Culver City, CA.


Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Functional Project Manager to plan, track, and launch marketing campaigns and projects that support the growth of media services, including music, streaming, fitness, and news products. This role is central to driving collaborative marketing and product efforts in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.


Ideal Candidate:

5-7 years of experience in project and process management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.

Passion for media services and marketing with a strong foundation in campaign execution, product development cycles, and real-time iteration.

Proficient in collaboration and workflow tools such as Quip, Confluence, Wrike, or similar platforms.

Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, business, and operations.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in an environment of ambiguity.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.

Analytical thinker who can use data to guide prioritization and experimentation.


Job Description:

In this role, you will lead the planning, tracking, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects across multiple media services.

You'll partner with global stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business, and Operations to prioritize marketing campaigns, evaluate feature performance, and guide strategic initiatives. This includes managing workflows, supporting feature development, and maintaining reporting systems that align with company goals.

You will also develop and evolve internal collaboration platforms and tools used to track and prioritize programs, helping the team work more effectively and efficiently.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Background in project management, marketing operations, or digital product lifecycle.

PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.

This opportunity is located in Cupertino or Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (on-site presence as needed).

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $55.00 - $59.00 per hour.

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
