What You'll Do: Lead and inspire a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline associates across multiple retail locations. Ensure top-tier food quality, customer satisfaction, and brand excellence in every location. Manage financial performance and reporting - driving results while upholding quality and value. Foster a positive, engaging culture through recruitment, training, and team development. Maintain high standards in food safety, sanitation, and compliance with client and company policies. Collaborate on marketing efforts - including social media updates and promotional programs - to keep the campus community excited about dining. Support innovation and continuous improvement across operations.
