MultiCare College Job Shadow program offers a one-time, job shadowing opportunity for individuals pursuing healthcare disciplines with required hours to enter into the program (exclusions: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Medicine, pre-Medicine). This posting is specific to the Yakima Region.

Additionally, the college/university must be accredited and affiliated with MultiCare. Our primary focus will be placed on local schools within our regional communities and high demand occupations.

We offer up to 8 hours of job shadowing per applicant. Due to the volume of requests we receive we can only offer job shadows on a one-time, observation-only basis.

Please make sure that you are prepared to submit all required documents which will include all current immunizations, Tuberculosis QuantiFERON Gold Test, photo identification. Your application will be rejected if you submit application without all supporting required documentation.

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950. This 226-bed, not-for-profit hospital features a multispecialty team across 20+ primary and specialty care locations, providing cardiac care, cancer care, pediatric trauma care, hospice and advanced care for children with special health needs.
