About the facility With 2 floors, 4 units, we are able to provide care for long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. The first floor has 96 beds and the second floor has 100 beds. Nurse-patient ratios vary depending on the shift and the population you will be serving. We care for dementia residents, long term care and a rehab residents. With 196 beds, we accept but not limited to patient specialties, such as general rehab, neuro rehab, cardiac, respiratory and cancer. We also have various programs for residents to participate in multiple activities. Job Summary
The Recreation Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the resident activities for Botsford Assisted Living Center (BSLC) to include planning and implementing programs that meet resident and family expectations. Plans activities for individuals, groups, community outings and family events, adapting to resident changes and assisting in their daily rhythm of life at SLC. Works with the Executive Director of Operations to ensure resident directed programming for all Assisted Living Residents.
