Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Engineer Full-time Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Quality Assurance Join a team where quality isn't just a requirement-it's the mission. We're looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support production, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards, and help take our quality systems to the next level. As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you'll play a critical role in product development, launch, and ongoing production-supporting both internal operations and external supplier/customer communications. You'll be responsible for auditing, inspections, corrective actions, and driving improvements that make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS) Audit processes, products, and perform first piece inspections Support incoming inspection and manage supplier communication on SCARs and quality issues Collaborate with engineering on new product QA and documentation Develop and update PFMEAs and Control Plans Investigate and resolve customer quality issues Lead and participate in internal audits and cross-functional improvement initiatives Collect and analyze quality data to support reporting and process improvement Support safety, quality, and cost optimization efforts Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused role Proficiency using gauges, measuring tools, and interpreting prints/specs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset Why Join Us?
