Job Summary The Director of Marketing will lead DAR PRO Solutions' go-to-market strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive sales growth, and measure return on investment. This role positions DAR PRO Solutions, a service brand of Darling Ingredients, Inc., as the leader in our industry through effective content development and delivery across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate is an energetic and creative self-starter with strong listening, communication, and influencing skills. - Leads and develops a team of direct reports
- Reviews current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
- Identifies scheduling, budget, and resource needs
- Manages external agency relationships and service requirements
- Implements communication programs to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Develops targeted marketing campaigns on platforms that align with user preferences
- Evaluates the impact of marketing programs by establishing key metrics such as lead flow, lifetime value, and customer retention, and optimizes for improved ROI
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and report campaign effectiveness
- Creates compelling content to promote our products, service capabilities, and sustainability impact
- Supports the creation of marketing materials in collaboration with sales, customer service, and product/innovation teams
- Enforces brand identity standards and support brand names and trademarks
- Identifies high-impact opportunities for marketing automation and tools that improve the customer journey. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science in business, marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience with successful campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creative copywriting and editing skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, and digital media
- Expertise in social media channels, administration, and paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software (Eloqua preferred), Office, Adobe CC, HTML
