This position requires to be working in office, 3 - 4 days per week, from our Bala Cynwyd, PA office. Position Summary This role will be lead daily and weekly revenue and gross profit forecasting for the business and provide decision support analysis for various ad hoc projects related to promotions, pricing, labor optimization and strategic investments. This role will also lead budgeting for our commercial business segment. Duties & Responsibilities
- In-depth analysis of daily revenue and gross profit trends by product
- Build financial models to predict future revenue and gross profit
- Development and support of most critical financial and operational KPIs
- Variance analysis vs. forecast and budget monthly
- Co-lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and accompanying analysis for Operations
- Extract and manipulate transactional data from source systems for inputs into forecast.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, operations management or equivalent training required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finance roles, or finance roles with multi-site, similar focus.
- Advanced expertise in Excel and overall proficiency in MS Office products.
- Strong working knowledge of financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement and cash flow components).
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing independently.
