Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The intern will have the opportunity to see how AEG Presents operates behind the scenes while supporting the finance team in creating a forecasted budget for its tours and venues.

Responsibilities:



  • Contribute to the reconciliation and monitoring of General & Administrative expenses, identifying discrepancies and supporting variance analysis
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices related to artists, venues, vendors, and staff.
  • Track event-related expenses such as production costs, hospitality, travel, and marketing.
  • Participate in team meetings and document key discussion points, decisions, and follow-up actions
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to support accounting and event-related processes
  • Provide support for various administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and internal communications


Qualifications:



  • Passion for live entertainment and music
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Accounting/Finance, Business Administration
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and communication skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) preferred
  • The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.

Pay Scale:$19.00 - $21.00

Location:Los Angeles (On-Site)
