The Brook Hospital KMI is seeking an Executive Assistant

Job Duties/Responsibilities:


The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and the Business Development Team of The Brook Hospitals. The Executive Assistant will oversee specific assigned projects, prepare statistical reports, handle information requests, and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The Executive Assistant will also exercise discretionary judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities and other activities of the position, and by maintaining professional and personal educational growth and development. Work ranges from standardized office support assignments to performance of administrative duties involving decision making and judgment. Public contact is a major component of position, both internal and external to the organization. Work requires contact with program staff, managers of other facilities/units within the organization, representatives of other state agencies/universities, clients/referral sources, elected/appointed representatives and the public. Also responsible for oversight of contracts for clinical contractors/providers,reappointments; MD and APRN credentialing, and on-call; weekday; and weekend scheduling for providers for The Brook Hospitals.

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Licensure/Certification:


Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) - Preferred, but not required

Experience:


Required: Five to eight years of experience
