Job Summary and Responsibilities

Position Summary:
This is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide performance improvement, overseeing complex transformation projects, and embedding a culture of operational agility and innovation. This role serves as both an execution lead and trusted advisor, orchestrating cross-functional efforts that enable scalable, measurable change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Project Oversight - Lead and govern enterprise-level transformation initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, business priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Project Scoping & Planning - Serve as the go-to expert for scoping transformation opportunities, defining clear project charters, establishing performance baselines, and identifying success metrics.
  • Strategic Advisory - Provide high-level consulting support to executive stakeholders, helping them navigate complexity, identify opportunities, and solve for operational and strategic gaps.
  • Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a small team (2 direct or matrix reports) responsible for project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and change management support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong partnerships across business units, executive leadership, and key operational teams to ensure buy-in, support, and collaboration on all transformation efforts.
  • Governance & Reporting - Implement effective governance structures and tools to monitor progress, report on key milestones, escalate risks, and ensure transparency across the enterprise.
  • Step-Change Improvement - Promote a culture of transformation, agility, and innovation, continuously identifying ways to improve processes, reduce complexity, and drive value creation.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in transformation, strategic consulting, or enterprise project leadership
  • Experience working C-suite
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Passionate about enabling sustainable enterprise change, challenging the status quo, and imagining the art of the possible
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in medium to large organizations
  • Deep knowledge of project scoping, change management, and transformation methodologies
