Summary

The Marketing MDirector, Multi-Serve Cold Brew will lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for La Colombe's Multi-Serve Coffee platform in the fast-growing cold brew space. This role will be critical in championing consumer insight to build brand awareness and deliver results in the marketplace through household penetration, market share and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a blend of strategic vision, creative acumen, and operational rigor, capable of inspiring and leading in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy
* Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Multi-Serve Coffee product platform, connecting where to play with how to win
* Define brand positioning and translate through product, packaging and marketing support to deliver annual marketplace and revenue targets
* Own the voice of the consumer and the brand

Business Analytics and Insights
* Leverage syndicated and proprietary data to track in-market performance and develop a holistic view of the category, competitors, and customers
* Shape custom research in partnership with Consumer Insights to identify growth opportunities
* Partner with Commercial, Finance and Demand Planning teams to enhance forecasting and annual planning

Brand Equity and Activation
* Guide integrated marketing planning in partnership with Brand Activation, Media, Content and Creative teams across paid, owned and earned channels from brief through budget and cross-channel execution
* Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and experiential channels

Innovation and Commercialization
* Shape and launch new products and platforms in collaboration with Product Development, Creative, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance, from opportunity sizing through product and packaging design, and marketing planning
* Collaborate with Commercial team to translate brand strategy to customer plans through compelling selling materials

Requirements

* 8+ years of progressive marketing experience
* Proven experience in CPG industry with deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong analytical skills: demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and actionable plans
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex projects and articulate direction
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Location
* This role is based in New York with weekly travel to Philadelphia
* One day a week remote

Compensation Range:$144,000.00-$216,000.00, plus bonus.
