Overview

Otter Products is hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. This position can work a hybrid schedule.

The Channel Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for managing assigned channel marketing efforts to drive channel specific sales goals and objectives, ensuring partner/channel sales and marketing goals and targets are met through effective management of timelines, resources, and process. This role will work with the Channel Sales Leader to coordinate the efforts of the assigned channel marketing team to deliver a Total Marketing Solution - everything from web, social media, merchandising concepts and collateral, content, digital and video, to print and traditional media.

Responsibilities

    Developing the assigned channel's complete marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and generate revenue both with and through channel partners.
  • Design and execute scalable channel partner marketing programs, establish efficient working relationships with customer and internal marketing teams, and drive effective engagement with channel partners.
  • Effectively manage both OpEx budgets and MDF budgets to drive sell thru results in conjunction with our Sales teams and customers. Provide results on investment when appropriate.
  • Manage vendor relationships including but not limited to vendor negotiations, contracts, payment terms, project management and deliverables, vendor coaching and performance where necessary.
  • Work with channel partners and Otter Box channel sales team to develop and execute co-marketing activities including events, workshops, webinars, email campaigns, ad activity, merchandising materials, and marketing programs with the intent to generate revenue, both with and through partners.
  • Work with channel partners to develop jointly branded customer success stories, solution briefs that highlight both the companies' value proposition from a total solution product perspective.
  • Develop marketing-in-a-box campaigns and deliver them to channel partner to enable them to build awareness and generate revenue and profit through sales of Otter Box total product portfolio.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs. Measure and analyze campaign and marketing success.
  • Work with channel partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends, geography, customer segmentation and solution.
  • Work within a team of Marketing professionals and collaborate with other departments, like Partner and Channel Sales and Business Development Representatives to develop and enhance strategies.
  • Develop brand, program and product strategy and execution plan in collaboration with other members of the Marketing team within assigned channel.
  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent is required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in channel, merchandising, retail, brand and/or customer marketing required.

USD $73,000.00/Yr.


For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum

USD $95,000.00/Yr.
