Description
The Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) is seeking to hire a full time Lead Community Mental Health Trainer (LCMHT) to develop, conduct, and assist in the evaluation of trainings for Los Angeles County and other California Departments of Mental Health. Trainings are on evidence-based treatment approaches for adults with severe mental illness. The LCMHT will also be responsible for providing technical assistance to community providers working on these teams. Trainings may address topics such as, trauma, improving access to mental health services, and enhancing engagement with complex clients experiencing homelessness. Trainings may also include modules on quality monitoring, quality improvement, and program evaluation including using qualitative and quantitative data. Duties performed by the Lead CMHT will include:
Pay Range: The salary to be offered will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is$83,800.00 - $179,400.00annually. The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is about $83,800.00 - $96,000.00 annually. Qualifications
