This is a temporary/contract position working through a staffing agency. The person selected in this role will not work directly for Skyworks but will be payrolled through a staffing agency. Requisition ID:75438 Description The goal of New Technology Introduction (NTI) team is to ensure new technology manufacturing processes are released to production on time, with low risk and high yield while meeting targeted goals for size, cost and/or performance. Meeting these goals enables highly competitive New Products. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with a cross functional team in a fast-paced environment and helps Program Managers with multiple NTI projects from Opportunity phase to Feasibility, Prototype, Pilot and Production phases. Responsibilities Drive action items in New Technology Introduction (NTI) cross functional project meetings (teams include but not limited to Technology and Manufacturing, Business Units, Reliability, Test and Product engineering). Drive critical path schedule tasks and risk mitigation plans while optimizing cost, quality, yield. Prepare weekly project updates and presentations for senior management. Support material procurement and prototyping of samples. Support creation of automated dashboards and reports for NTI projects. Required Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with two years of relevant experience or Master's degree. Experience with semiconductor process/fabrication. Excellent communications, presentation and organizational skills. Strong teamwork skills and flexible to work with multi-national teams/time zones. Fast Learner and ability to work on multiple projects in different stages. Knowledge of Project Management Tools (PPM PRO). Desired Experience and Skills MBA Experience in technical project management. Knowledge of Power BI/MS Copilot. Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
