Compliance Governance Analyst
The Compliance Governance Analyst will be responsible for working with others within Compliance to support the execution of the Compliance Management Program. They will be responsible for ensuring that the department follows all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies using data, reporting, monitoring and coordination of materials and resources.
Position Responsibilities:
Data Analysis, Monitoring and Reporting


  • Gather data through various reports to create board and committee reporting.
  • Review reports and identify and analyze trends and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Understand the data within the reports to be able to tell the story and associated risk behind the data.
  • Support Compliance Issue Management by preparing quarterly KRIs, review data on Archer and make sure that the status in Archer aligns to other reporting.
  • Assist in conducting audits, risk assessments and monitoring activities to detect and prevent compliance issues.


Compliance Program Management Support


  • Track and provide regular updates on regulatory requests and significant audit findings.
  • Marshall resources throughout compliance to ensure that key timelines are met.
  • Provide subject matter and technical support to assist others, in meeting compliance objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet task deadlines and contribute to documentation and reporting needs.
  • Issue Management Support -- Review and prepare KRIs from Archer and provide credible challenge on the data received.


Compliance Management Project Support


  • Track internal deliverables and identify where resources are needed and work with Compliance leaders to shift resources to ensure deliverables are being met.
  • Attend key project meetings on the behalf of others to serve as the SME and to provide feedback on project status.


System Support


  • Update systems of record -- i.e. PEP, Archer, and/or Clarity by submitting key updates to ensure that accurate and consistent data is always available.

Position Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 4 years of relevant experience
  • 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance or Audit or related fields
  • 2 years of experience analyzing complex data and extracting trends and making recommendations
  • 2 years of Program Management leadership experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, or related functions - Leading initiatives, providing direction, tracking progress and ensure alignment with program requirements

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
