Staffmark is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead for a growing distribution center specializing in carpeting and flooring. If you have strong leadership skills and experience in warehouse operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team! Pay: $20.50 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 12:30 PM and Saturday 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM Responsibilities: Lead pre-loadout planning, including reviewing and resolving Transfer Order (TO) issues. Ensure inventory is staged and cleared for the next day's loadout. Monitor warehouse workspace and ensure systematic and physical loading of orders. Lead post-loadout actions, including managing inventory, processing returns, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Coordinate with the Installation team, addressing issues and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Maintain the dock loading area and ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Two years of previous Lead or Supervisory experience High School Diploma/GED required Proficient in D365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Forklift and warehouse equipment experience Ability to lift up to 70lbs Click "Apply Now," and a dedicated recruiter will contact you to discuss this exciting opportunity.
