Hours and Pay:

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Wire Preparation: Cut, strip, and crimp wires to specified lengths and configurations.
• Assembly: Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies based on technical drawings and work instructions.
• Soldering: Perform soldering tasks to securely connect wires and components.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Tool Usage: Safely and effectively utilize hand tools and specialized equipment.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, order sheets, and schematics to complete assembly tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Work both independently and with a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of electronic assembly experience strongly preferred. Consideration given to candidates with stable manufacturing backgrounds.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with small parts.
• Skills: Exceptional fine motor skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical documentation.
• Work Ethic: Dependable, team-oriented, and capable of maintaining focus during repetitive tasks.
