Salary: $85,000 - $95,000/yr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Administer daily HR operations including payroll, benefits, compensation, leave, performance management, and safety compliance.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple U.S. states and Canada.
  • Facilitate training programs, certification tracking, and new hire orientation to support employee development and engagement.
  • Collaborate with managers on job descriptions, hiring strategies, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Assist with audits, special projects, and ongoing improvements by staying current with HR best practices and legal changes.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience, including 2+ years handling multi-state and Canadian payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and practices; Davis-Bacon Act and prevailing wage experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; familiarity with Paycom is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality; must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
