We are hiring a motivated individual to join the team as a CNC Machine Operator in Lebanon, TN. We are looking for someone who desires to make a positive impact alongside our partner company's decades of success. This position offers tons of opportunities to keep growing with a team that is dedicated to driving your future forward! Schedule: 2pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $18/hr. Key Responsibilities: This position involves operating basic productivity equipment, moving materials between workstations, and assisting team members with loading or unloading jigs and tooling. Responsibilities also include assembling or packing products, loading and unloading machines or conveyors, and maintaining accurate production counts. The role requires keeping the work area clean and safe, performing minor repairs or rework as needed, and completing other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will have experience in machine setting up, operation, monitoring, production lines or automated equipment, and ability to read a tape measure.
