Staffmark has partnered with a leading company that is experiencing rapid growth, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their production team. As a Conformal Coating Technician, you will play a key role in applying and inspecting coatings on electronics using both manual techniques and a Specialty Coating Systems automated machine. You'll also become an expert in programming the machine, reworking boards, and establishing best practices for efficient and high-quality production. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as you'll also support assembly operations when needed. Pay Rate: $16 - $18/hr. What You'll Do: Perform pre-coating testing, masking, application, and inspection/touch-up of conformal coatings Program and operate automated conformal coating equipment Analyze processes and implement improvements for efficiency Assist with electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, and integration into sheet-metal chassis Communicate effectively with quality, production, and engineering teams Uphold high workmanship and housekeeping standards What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of experience in conformal coating or similar work, electro-mechanical assembly Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to process adherence A proactive attitude and team-first mindset Take pride in helping build mission-critical systems with precision and care.
