Job Title: Spanish Bilingual OEM Sales Representative - Mechanical Parts
Location: Garden Grove, CA - onsite
Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
FLSA: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire
A leading mechanical parts manufacturer is seeking an experienced Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative to join our OEM team. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a solid background in sales within the manufacturing industry. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish (business-level reading, writing, and speaking) and have a proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
**This position requires prior experience in a similar role-**only qualified applicants will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Promote OEM products to both existing and new clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits to develop strong client relationships.
Prepare sales presentations and reports highlighting product features and cost-saving benefits.
Engage in sales discussions with clients in the U.S. and Mexico, offering well-analyzed proposals.
Provide quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage shipping schedules in coordination with internal and external teams.
Accurately maintain customer data and order information in the system.
Monitor market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Quality and Production to support client needs.
Attend trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and expand networks.
Support the sales team with other duties as needed to achieve department goals.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish (business-level) - reading, writing, and speaking.
Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel 20%-50% (primarily South America and Texas).
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Plus: Experience in automotive manufacturing.
Plus: Japanese bilingual ability and/or cultural understanding.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
