WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $190,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:




  • Architect Scalable AI Platforms: Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade platforms and infrastructure for deploying, managing, and monitoring AI models-ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.






  • Shape AI Strategy and Governance: Drive the development of AI strategies and governance frameworks that align with business objectives and industry standards, promoting ethical, responsible, and compliant AI practices.






  • Enable Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and enterprise architects to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into products, platforms, and services across the organization.






  • Champion Innovation and Mentorship: Stay at the forefront of AI technology trends, guide proof-of-concept initiatives, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to elevate team capabilities and foster a culture of excellence.






  • Engage Stakeholders and Drive Alignment: Facilitate whiteboarding sessions, lead internal forums, and communicate architectural decisions and AI initiatives to technical and business stakeholders with clarity and influence.





WHAT YOU'LL BRING:




  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on AI deployment, monitoring, strategy, and governance.






  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.






  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks. Strong understanding of AI platforms and monitoring techniques.






  • Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex AI challenges.






  • Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.



  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.





  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.



PREFERRED:




  • Advanced Degree:PhD in a relevant field.






  • Industry Experience:Experience in applying AI deployment and monitoring in industry-specific applications.






  • Publications:Published research in reputable AI conferences or journals.
