This position will require you to come into the HQ office as needed based on business demands. Tandem will provide equipment for you to work remotely when not in office. A DAY IN THE LIFE: The Director, Learning & Talent Management will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, learning, and talent management. This strategic role drives people & performance efforts to foster a high-performance culture, support organizational change, and develop future leaders. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and key stakeholders to implement impactful programs that elevate employee experience, strengthen company culture, and align talent strategies with business goals. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting base pay range for this position is $156,000.00 - $199,300.00 annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus, equity, and a robust benefits package. Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical, dental, vision available your first day, as well as health savings accounts and flexible saving accounts. You'll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, unlimited PTO and you will have access to a 401k plan with company match as well as an Employee Stock Purchase plan.
