In this role, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of key digital platforms by defining requirements, creating user stories, analyzing product data, and ensuring successful execution. This individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders on a complex range of requirements or challenges to enhance platform functionality and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Digital Product Analyst Senior, you will:

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, decision logs, and feature descriptions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and support business cases.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and platform metrics.
  • Aggregate, clean, and organize data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and usability.

Tactical Execution Support

  • Groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are prioritized and ready for development.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support smooth execution.
  • Perform initial acceptance testing to verify completed work aligns with requirements.
  • Triage and track reported issues or bugs, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on dependencies, timelines, and resource needs for features or bug fixes.
  • Lead and facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and resolve roadblocks.
  • Prepare advanced level summaries, presentations, and reports to communicate product progress and performance to stakeholders.

User & Market Research

  • Actively participate in competitive and market research to highlight market trends, identify gaps or opportunities, and inform product decisions.
  • Organize and consolidate user feedback through surveys, interviews, or feedback sessions.

Platform & Process Support

  • Configure and maintain tools or platforms under the team's purview, ensuring proper settings and integrations.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Develop user guides or training materials to support feature rollouts and adoption.
  • Provide advanced end-user support for training and troubleshooting post-deployment.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business or Related field. Required.

Experience

  • 5-6 years business experience required, with at least 2 years working in an Agile environment. Required.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile Framework. Preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

  • SAFe certification. Preferred
