At TEKsystems we are working with one of our local companies seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Level Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) across the organization. The Enterprise Level Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the HRIS system, ensuring it meets the strategic objectives of the organization. *Responsibilities:* * Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HRIS system, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment and success. * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. * Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. * Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the HRIS system. * Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and methodologies. * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones are met. * Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the company's goals and objectives. *Requirements:* * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise-level projects with a focus on HRIS implementations. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. * PMP or similar project management certification. * Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work effectively with diverse teams. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Must be located in Hawai'i *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
